  • No smoking inside the house, but can use the terrace.
  • House is suitable for kids, but not so kid safe as it is on the first floor.
  • We do not allow local unmarried couples in our apartment.
  • No outside foot wears permitted inside the House.

Note

As per the demand of Local Police, all guest ( All individual persons staying ) booked at Rajiv's Residence are requested to carry original ID proof and present it to the host before check-in. The caretaker or host will verify your original document when accepting the copy. All adult guests staying have to submit a copy of the ID proof.

Note for foreigners

If you are not an Indian citizen, we are required to keep a copy of your passport (front and back) and a copy of the Indian visa. A form called "C-Form" needs to be submitted by the host to the local police.
